Support services to improve your performance.

Business process review.

Encountering productivity or performance challenges? Not sure if you're making the best use of Portfolio Plus? You should talk to your Relationship Manager about having SIT conduct a Business Process Review. In our experience the Business Process Review has been very successful in uncovering inefficient use of Portfolio Plus while also providing SIT with insight on pontential improvements we can make in upcoming versions. Don't put up with productivity roadblocks. Give your Relationship Manager a call today.

After a customer initiates a Business Process Review, SIT conducts an interview over the phone to determine what areas of the system have become a challenge. Once this is complete, one (or more) of SIT's Business Consultants will visit your location to conduct their investigation with your team.

At the end of this investigation, SIT will conduct a debrief with you over the phone (or in person) and provide written recommendations or suggestions for improvements when using Portfolio Plus. Any findings from this investigation will also be used as a factor for influencing the development of future Portfolio Plus enhancements.

Training.

Have you experienced staff turnover? Are you finding it difficult to train new employees? Is a particular process causing a large number of user errors? Existing customers have benefited from both refresher training and new employee training. SIT can tailor a training session based on your requirements (e.g. Loan Origination, Tax Processing, Estate Processing, etc.). Our training facilities can accommodate groups of 5 to 6 users and training includes hands-on practice time in a Portfolio Plus banking software environment.

Speak to a Business Consultant or your Relationship Manager to begin a discussion about your training needs.

Service pack installations.

If you're having difficulties deploying a Portfolio Plus Service Pack or a software update, SIT can help. We can provide you with a Business Consultant to complete the necessary assurance processes as part of your testing team. The Business Consultant will complete the testing of the implemented Service Pack, document the results for your review and you can sign off.
